Orchards to be listed
Orchards will be listed in Hungary this year, if the Parliament adopts the amendment of the 2006 law.
The bill was uploaded to the website of the Parliament on Monday. It is proposed that the census will be be performed between the 1st of June and the 30th of November this year.
In Hungary, more than 98 percent of the fruit plantation users are individual farmers, they use nearly three-quarter of the whole orchard area. The survey will affect four species of fruit – apples, pears, peaches, apricots – reports MTI.
