50 years old Auchan plants trees all across the country
On the occasion of the Auchan Group's 50th anniversary 12 Hungarian Auchan stores planted a total of 600 native trees across the country for the benefit of nature and the surrounding residents. Trees were planted beside, bike paths, schools and yards of hospitals.
The first Auchan store was opened on the 6th of July 1961 in the Hauts Champs district of the town of Roubaix, northern France. Since then the company became a network with more than 500 hypermarkets 750 supermarkets in 12 countries involving several professions and representing itself in real estate management and in the banking sector as well – reports tozsdeforum.hu..
