Opten: a further increase in the number of liquidations and dissolutions
In January liquidation procceedings have started against 1,951 companies and dissolutions started against nearly two thousand companies. This is a 44 and 71 percent inncrease, compared to January 2011 – told Opten company information service to MTI on Tuesday.
The number of liquidations in January was 41 percent higher than the previous record for January, which was registered during the first wave of the crisis in 2009.
According to experts, it is certain that in 2012 the largest ever liquidation wave will sweep through the country – states Opten.
Over the past two months, an extraordinary increase occurred in the number of published dissolutions and liquidations – reports MTI.
