Opten: half of the companies are less than ten years old
The survival rate of the Hungarian companies continued to deteriorate. 28 percent of the companies are terminated within five years, and 52 percent within 10 years.
According to Opten, in the past few years 25-30 thousand companies have been started in Hungary. The number of start-ups is low, less than in the early 2000s, but decline seemed to be stopped in the last one or two years. (MTI)
