The Hungarian PR Association published an online PR dictionary
If you have always wanted to know what USP or EVP means, what is the difference between a brand ambassador and a brand representative, or what own-brand products evolved from, then you should visit the PR dictionary of the Hungarian PR Association. The gap-filling online publication was presented at the Drinks&Links event in October by the dictionary’s founder and editor-in-chief, Dr. Péter János Sós, Hereditary Member of the MPRSZ.
An English-Hungarian PR dictionary was prepared more than a quarter of a century ago, which was published in book form by Dr. Gábor Sarlós and György Tábori, but since then the profession has developed so much and the world has changed that some Hungarian big guns of public relations decided that here time for a fresh, online version.
The founder and editor-in-chief of the new online dictionary is Dr. János Péter Sós, a university professor, and its reviewers are Dr. Gábor Rácz PhD and Péter Sárosi, all three members of the MPRSZ Örökös. The vocabulary of communication law Dr. habil. It is the result of the work of PhD habilitated associate professor Andrea Buday-Sántha, while crisis communication expert Kornélv Böhm took an important role in compiling the crisis communication vocabulary.
