Jumbo Foodmarkt Groningen Tests Online Meal-Order Service
Dutch retailer Jumbo has introduced an online meal order service for customers of its Foodmarkt outlet in Groningen in partnership with meal order site Thuisbezorgd.nl.
Presently, the project is in a pilot phase and will be evaluated after a few months, the retailer said.
Customers can order fresh pizzas, salads, sushi, crispy focaccias, yoghurts and a host of other items, which are delivered within an hour to their doorsteps.
