In memory of the work of the restaurateur and gastronomy writer Károly Gundel, the Hungarian Catering Industry Association – with the cooperation of several partner organizations – is also announcing a call for nominations for the Károly Gundel Award in 2024.

The award can be nominated for those who have been present in the field of Hungarian hospitality for at least 25 years with outstanding success, have an impeccable professional history and an exemplary life path, cherish the historical traditions of Hungarian hospitality and feel committed to its renewal, support the professional development of the younger generation, and contribute to the in promoting Hungarian hospitality.
