In memory of the work of the restaurateur and gastronomy writer Károly Gundel, the Hungarian Hospitality Industry Association – with the cooperation of several partner organizations – announces a call for nominations for the Károly Gundel Award in 2022.

Anyone can vote

Anyone can be nominated for the award who has been present in the field of Hungarian hospitality for at least 25 years with outstanding success, has an impeccable professional history and an exemplary life path, cherishes the historical traditions of Hungarian hospitality and feels committed to its renewal, supports the professional development of the younger generation, and contributes to the Hungarian in promoting hospitality.

The recognition can be given to the best in the hospitality industry, no more than three per year.

Anyone can make a proposal for the Károly Gundel Award. The condition for this is to fill in the data sheet that can be downloaded from the MVI website and return it to the organization’s address by midnight on September 9, 2022.
