It’s hard to win the title of “Best Workplace” with a hug coupon, but with a fish pedicure?
In 2022, Rossmann was awarded the title of Best Workplace, and now it draws the attention of job seekers with its new online video campaign, available from the beginning of May, in a fun and humorous way.
“From the creative side, we are constantly looking for opportunities where humor has a place and a purpose in an advertisement. It’s a rare collaboration when even the brief itself clearly drives the thinking towards making a fun and funny film, as was the case with Rossmann’s employer branding video.”
– said Vera Länger, Creative Director of Artificial Group.
Rossmann’s film moves away from classic employer branding techniques and shows in an entertaining way what can make a workplace so attractive that it receives an award for it. In fact, the employer and the employee often have completely different ideas about benefits. The further apart the ideas of the two sides are, the more surreal it seems from the employee’s point of view, and if we put a little shovel on it, it is almost impossible to take it seriously, it becomes so comical.
