Sial again in October

SIAL, the unique showcase for the global food market, will be open from 17 to 21 October 2010 at the Parc des Expositions Paris-Nord Villepinte.

All sectors will be present and well represented. Nonetheless, I can put you on the right track by giving away the fact that Gourmet Foods will be a hot sector, developing tremendously in 2010. With turnover of $3.2bn (source: Eurostaf 2007), the luxury food market in France is on a steady growth trend. And that’s a fact! At the last SIAL exhibition, we remarked that it was a major crowd puller and is developing steadily. This fact encouraged us to launch a special exhibition GOURMET Food & Wine SELECTION by SIAL on 7 and 8 October 2009 in Pavillon 8 – Porte de Versailles in Paris.
