Retail sales in the Czech Republic grew by 5.6 percent in October
Year-on-year, retail sales in the Czech Republic rose 5.6 percent in October after a 3.7 percent increase in September, the Czech statistical office announced in Prague on Monday.

Czech retail sales up 5.6 percent year-on-year
Contrary to the current situation, the data last October was significantly affected by the fact that many stores were restricted from opening due to precautionary measures against the coronavirus.
Excluding calendar effects, retail sales rose 1.4 percent in October, compared to a month before. (Kokes János, MTI)
