OKSZ: the increase in retail sales may slow down
Last year’s 5.5 percent increase in retail is the biggest growth rate of the last three years; This year the turnover is expected to increase, its rate may be lower, around 3-4 percent – the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) highlighted on Tuesday, commenting the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
According to the communication of the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) published on Tuesday both the annual and the 5 percent December retail growth rate can be considered as an outstanding increase on international level, the EU’s average retail rate of growth is significantly lower than the Hungarian data.
