OKSZ vs. Agricultural Office
The National Trade Association expressed its consternation in a communication, in context with the Agricultural Office’s Food Code related resolution.
According to OKSZ; the Office cannot determine such implementing terms, that the law does not contain, or cannot be excluded, furthermore, contrary to other legislation.
Because of the inconsistent and contradictory behavior of the Office, OKSZ asks the Constitutional Court's standpoint over the legislation and also notifies the European Commission.
