OKSZ: consumption can increase by 2-3 percent this year
Adjusted to real incomes, consumption is expected to increase by around 2-3 percent in Hungary, by considering the entire year – the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) told MTI on Friday.
According to the organization’s analysis, sent to MTI, the datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH) show that in the first quarter, the household consumption expenditure 3,680 billion was HUF, 2.7 percent more than the 3,593 billion HUF of 2013. The expansion is mainly due to the 2.6 percent increase in real earnings the OKSZ added. (MTI)
