Smart City application to be tested in Budapest
A Smart City application will be tested in Budapest, during which the public lighting will be adapted to the traffic, the noise and air pollution, and data will be collecterd to optimize the traffic as well – the Monday's edition of the Népszabadság wrote.
The test run will begin next April and will end in May 2017. During the test, the sensors insttalled on the lamp-posts of the Fehérvári road will measure the traffic, air pollution and noise simultaneously – Lengyel László docent of the Department of Automation and Applied Informatics of the Technical University of Budapest (BME) and the project’s manager told the newspaper.
