You should pay attention to the proper storage of foods in the heat, because there are bacteria that like warm – Páldy Anna, Deputy Director General of the National Environmental Health Institute (OKI) told the M1 News Channel.
Páldy Anna stressed that salmonella poses a huge threat during the summer, so we have to avoid the milky, creamy dishes, pastries and the prepared food products should be cooled as quickly as possible.
