You should pay attention to the proper storage of foods in the heat, because there are bacteria that like warm – Páldy Anna, Deputy Director General of the National Environmental Health Institute (OKI) told the M1 News Channel.
Páldy Anna stressed that salmonella poses a huge threat during the summer, so we have to avoid the milky, creamy dishes, pastries and the prepared food products should be cooled as quickly as possible. She said that the high temperature, the strong ultraviolet radiation and the high ozone concentration also pose a threat in the heat. (MTI)
