Oeconomus Gazdaságkutató: average wages in Hungary were in the midfield of the region in 2018 and 2019
Hungarian average wages were in the midfield of the region in 2018 and 2019, according to Eurostat, the EU’s statistical office.
In the last two years average wages in Hungary were higher than in Slovakia and Romania, but did not reach the level measured in the Czech Republic and Poland – Sebestyén Géza Research director of the Oeconomus Economic Research Foundation said at a press conference in Budapest. (MTI)
