Coop Rally rolled around the western part of Hungary this year
A record number of competitors, nearly 90 cars from more than 80 companies drove around the western part of Hungary in the 7th Coop Rally between 13 and 15 September, in order to promote Hungarian products. This year the Friesland Campina team won the rally. At the press conference preceding the rally, CO-OP Hungary CEO László Murányi told that the more than 3,000 Coop stores saw their sales increase by 4 percent in the first six months and he forecasted a sales revenue above HUF 510 billion for the Coop Group by the end of the year. Just like in previous years, the patron of Coop Rally was the Ministry of Rural Development.
