Eighty wineries, 45 concerts at this year’s Debrecen Wine and Jazz Days
Eighty domestic wineries, 45 concerts, a jazz cinema and a craft fair are waiting for the visitors of the Debrecen Wine and Jazz Days on the shores of Lake Békás in the Great Forest between 1 and 4 August.
At a press conference on Tuesday in Debrecen, the Program Director Tóth Ernő emphasized that the music event, held continuously since 1972, is the country’s oldest jazz festival, held for five years together with the former Wine Carnival. That is how the country’s largest “gastro-jazz jamboree” was born – the program director added. (MTI)
