The proportion of companies plan to give more salary has increased. Mostly the workers of the medium-sized enterprises and industry professionals can expect higher wages.
In addition, the employment intentions of the domestic SMEs also increased slightly. One in four businesses will look for emloyees next year – according to the most recent research data of the K&H SME confidence index.
