Amazon closes eight Go stores to cut costs
Amazon will close eight of its Go stores in the USA, as it continues to leave physical retail to cut costs. They will shut two Go Stores in New York City, two in Seattle and four in San Francisco. The stores close on 1 April and Amazon will help the affected employees by giving them work in other roles, in other areas of the business.
