Working on vacation – tips for successful “workation” work

After the mass spread of the home office, it became an important question how employees separate their private life from work. In most cases, the home environment has a positive effect on the productivity of workers, but it can significantly inhibit creative processes. “workation”, i.e. teleworking from a place that would traditionally be a vacation destination, can be a good opportunity to deal with this and promote employee well-being.
