The domestic game meat processing capacity should be increased
The domestic game meat processing capacity should be increased, because a part of the exported Hungarian venison is exported abroad unprocessed, however they could be sold as ready meat too – the Minister of Agriculture said on Wednesday in Soponya, while taking a visit to the game processing plant of the Vadex Mezőföldi Zrt.

Fazekas Sándor stated that the increase the domestic consumption of game meat is a clear government decision, but exports also want to be increased. The expansion of the processing capacity is essential to reach this goal, therefore discussions also took place with the company’s management – he added. (MTI)
