Sainsbury increased its turnover
The third-largest British supermarket chain the Sainsbury increased its turnover (without calculating fuels) by 4.3 percent in the first 12 week of its current fiscal year ended on the 11th of June.
The revenues of the supermarket chain's units that are open for at least one year, increased by a total of 1.9 percent compared to the same period of the last year. This is partly due to the wedding of Prince William in April, when the demand for flags and souvenirs increased. The London-based company's total turnover increased by 7.3 percent, due to the increase of fuel – reports Világgazdaság Online.
