Industrial production rose in March
Industrial production rose in March by 2.8 percent, unadjusted and adjusted from the working day effect, compared to the same period of last year – reported the Central Statistical Office, on the basis of preliminary datas.
Compared to the previous month, the index of industrial production in March, fell by 0.4 percent. Production volume in the first three months of the year was 4.5 percent higher, than in the same period of last year.
A year earlier, in March last year, the industrial production without any adjustment was 15.6 percent lower and adjusted from the working day effect it was 19.3 percent lower, than a year earlier – reports Origo.
