Compared to the beginning of March, the number of advertising spots decreased by about ten thousand by the end of the month, the authority’s communications directorate told MTI on Wednesday, according to a study by the National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH).
The publication wrote that according to a study of 76 Hungarian-language television channels, the number of advertising spots ranged from 35 to 38.5 thousand per day in March 2019;
The sectors that produce and distribute fast-moving consumer goods – food, trade, pharmaceuticals, beauty care, household goods – performed strongly, while others – leisure, financial institutions, services – fell significantly. (MTI)
