The Auchan supermarket chain has initiated a recall of salmonella-infected beef tenderloin, the best before date of the recalled product is November 19, 2025, the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) told MTI on Tuesday.
According to the announcement, the pathogen was detected in the batch of Auchan Kedvenc beef tenderloin 500 g based on a self-check, they wrote.
The company, in cooperation with the NKFH, immediately took the necessary measures within its own jurisdiction, ensuring that the objectionable batch was withdrawn from circulation and recalled from consumers.
