Waitrose stops using shrink wraps on multipack cans of private label grocery
British retailer Waitrose & Partners has removed plastic shrink wrap from multipack cans of private label tinned grocery products. This measure will help the retailer in removing more than 45 tons of single-use plastic from its operation per year. Since March Waitrose & Partners has sold record quantities of canned food.
