There is no Christmas without turkey – an exciting recipe for the holidays

Long thigh filled with chestnuts

1 Gallicoop turkey long thigh
25 dkg boiled, peeled chestnuts
20 dkg of prunes
1 small zucchini
2-3 green onions
1 scraped roll or crescent
1 egg
salt
pepper
ground cumin
1 dl of oil
