Nielsen: In the month of the coupon days, the sales revenue of decor cosmetics increases by 40 percent
In 2018, the Hungarians spent nearly 13 billion HUF on deco-cosmetics, while sales value increased by 7 percent and sales volume increased by 4 percent.
The popular coupon days can be detected in sales of decor cosmetics: value turnover jumped 40 percent last April – according to Nielsen’s retail index. More than four-fifths of make-up items purchased are branded.
