NGM: the public health product tax does not conflict with with the EU law

The European Commission accepted the government's argumentation and answers and closed the legal process that investigated the legal harmonization of public health product tax and EU law.

The EU proposer-Executive Board agrees with the Hungarian argumentation that the imposition of rules are compatible with Community law – the National Economy Ministry (NGM) told in its communication on Tuesday.  (MTI)
