NGM: there will not be a final deadline fo the installation of cash registers
The Ministry of National Economy told onlinekassza.hu that they do not plan to set a final deadline fo the installation of cash registers . So traders can play up to wait it out, because they convert the later, the more revenue they can hide from the National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV).
However, the effects of the introduction of the online cash registers is measurable. The entire commercial sector has increased by 55 billion HUF, while the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue in the first quarter of 2014 increased, compared to the same period of 2013.
