The launch of the Budapest-Brassó flight is an important step for both cities and both countries – said the Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) at the opening ceremony of the flight on Tuesday in Budapest at Liszt Ferenc Airport.
Ferenc Antal – who is also a member of the board of Budapest Airport – stated that they are confident in the long-term success of the new flight and that it will result in fruitful relations both economically and culturally.
“As a Transylvanian Hungarian, it is a great pleasure and honor for me to be here at this event”
– declared the deputy state secretary, who also indicated that the direct flight between Budapest and Brassó opens new doors for both cities and countries. The speed and comfort of transport creates new opportunities in the fields of tourism, business relations and culture, he added.
