NGM: every element of the ekáer will be modernized by the end of the year
By the end of the year, all elements of electronic road traffic control system (ekáer) will be electronically earmarked as planned – Molnár Tamás, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM), announced on Friday in Eger at a press conference held at the Hungarian Customs Association’s Spring Conference.
Vizsy József, chairman of the association organizing the conference on customs and taxation, told MTI: “On Friday and Saturday, the conference will analyze the experiences of the ekáer, partly because similar systems have been introduced in the neighboring countries such as in Poland and Romania, while Slovakia is planning to introduce it.
