We can submit a complaint on foreign companies at the European Consumer Centre
The Hungarian complainants can turn to the European Consumer Centre in order to settle consumer complaints on foreign companies – the European Consumer Centre told MTI on Monday.
According to the communication sent to MTI on Monday, it is worth to ask for the personalized, professional and legal help of the European Consumer Centre (ECC), if the parties were unable to come to an agreement about the complaint at the scene or the service provider did not answer to the consumers’ letter or gave a negative answer.
