Re-branding of IMIGe companies
To underline its development to the largest POS media company in Europe, IMIGe announced its re-branding to ‘IMIGe, a company of POS Media Europe’ as per the 1st of February 2008.
Further reasons for the re-branding are
that IMIGe wants to become market leader in Europe, with at present
offices in 5 European countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary,
Poland and United Kingdom (SAS)), with new offices currently being
opened in Ukraine and with offices in two other countries under
development. The re-branded name will also underline its current
focus on POS media, the expertise it has developed in this segment
and its continuous growth.
“The Point of Sale media segment is
at present the fastest growing media segment globally with huge
interest from FMCG clients. It requires thorough knowledge of the POS
media market however, which we were able to develop over the past
years and introduce to other countries.“ according to Richard van
het Bolscher, Chief Executive Officer of POS Media Europe. “Our
most recent partnership with TNS to become the benchmark for POS
selling media, our patenting of some special POS media, the media
catalogue and sales uplift researches we build over the past years
and our expansion into other countries and other POS media segments
underlines our growing position on the market.”
The re-branding process is accompanied
by a new logo, a fresh visual identity as well as a redesigned
website that can be found at www.pos-media.eu. The changes are
effective immediately and, while the companies will continue to
operate under their legal names at least for another year, all future
activities will be undertaken under the new brand.
