Eeco-labeled products to be promoted
Tripartite Environment Minister partnership agreement was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) and the CO-OP Hungary Zrt. and the Environmentally Friendly Products Nonprofit Kft. on Thursday in Budapest. According to the agreement, an environmentally friendly pilot project was launched to promote products with eco-labels.
Those product can be added to the circle of eco-labeled products that are are energy-efficient during production, compared with other materials, and do not contain hazardous materials or contain only minor of them. In Addition, throughout their life cycle they are less harmful to the environment, and to people's health. (MTI)
