Talentis Agro Zrt. enters the international market: Lőrinc Mészáros and Talentis Agro Zrt. – which is a member of the Mészáros Group – signed a sales contract with Nikola Velicki, RABO d.o.o. with its CEO on the purchase of Croatia’s largest producer and exporter of apples and nectarines – announced the Mészáros Group and RABO d.o.o. company in a joint press release with MTI on Wednesday.
Talentis Agro Zrt., which deals with crop cultivation, animal husbandry, food and fruit processing, and winemaking, is a 100 percent Hungarian-owned agricultural and food industry company group, whose portfolio is made up of a number of long-standing agricultural companies based on historical traditions. In the course of its activities, the holding preserves and applies the domestic traditional breeding and production experiences, which it combines with modern technologies and innovative solutions in order to create optimal production processes, the announcement states.
It was highlighted that, focusing on international expansion, Lőrinc Mészáros and its property, Talentis Agro Zrt., as well as MKB Magántőkealap, will jointly acquire a 100 percent ownership share in Rabo d.o.o. through the transaction. in company.
