International confectionery trade fair in Cologne

Five Hungarian companies will also offer their supply, at the Cologne International confectionery trade fair (ISM) opening on Sunday, with 1503 exhibitors from 66 countries. Eighty-two percent of the exhibitors comes from abroad.

According to Kakuk Márta Hungarian representative of the Cologne fair; around 33 thousand professional visitors from 130 countries are expected like last year, between the 31st of January and the 3rd of February.
This year’s exhibition will be held on 110 thousand square meters. Innovations will also take place.
