National cuisines in the world gastronomic market
An extraordinary analysis has been made of the cumulative value of culinary goods exchanged between countries and the resulting balances – origo wrote.
Even so, it would still be difficult to determine which national cuisine has ther largest value. The report of Economist, however, reveals which country’s cuisine is the most successful with its own gastronomic achievements and which one buys more from others than the extent to which it can sell the characteristics of its own cuisine.
