Trends in Germany

FachPack, a packaging trade fair is organised in Nuremberg every three years. The organisers reported the trends in Germany, which are the following: they produce 18.5 million tons of packaging, 43 percent of this is plastic, 32 percent is paper and carton, 19 is metal and glass represents 6 percent. PET bottles show an upward trend.
