In Germany, consumer prices rose on an annual basis in February
In Germany, consumer price inflation accelerated on an annual basis, but slowed down on a monthly basis in February.
The German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) said on Friday that consumer prices rose 1.3 percent from February last year, following a 1 percent annual increase in January. Compared to the previous month, consumer prices rose 0.7 percent in February. In January, the monthly increase was 0.8 percent. (MTI)
