Zsófia Németh is the new HR manager of ING Bank
Zsófia Németh has been appointed Head of HR at ING Bank Hungary as of September 15, 2025.
Zsófia Németh has over 15 years of professional experience in HR and organizational development. During her career, she has led successful transformation processes in several industries – finance, biotechnology, FMCG and data science. She joins ING from DAALAB, where as Head of HR she developed the HR strategy of the fast-growing data science startup to support international growth.
Previously, she worked as Head of HR at Roche Hungary, where she played a key role in the introduction of agile operations, the development of an inclusive leadership approach and the development of data-driven employee experience programs. Her previous experience also includes the role of HR manager at Budapest Bank, where she was responsible for strategic HR planning, talent management and succession planning for nearly 400 employees.
Zsófia Németh holds a degree in Organizational Development and International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from London Metropolitan University. She is a qualified business coach and an active ambassador for the BAGázs Association, which works for Roma integration.
