They are not waiting for the mandatory: CBA and PRIMA have started intensive price reductions
“CHEAPER THAN LAST YEAR!” – A new product label is helping shoppers in CBA and Príma stores operated by Vörösvár Kft.
Starting in March, significant price reductions have been introduced in 26 CBA and PRÍMA stores in Budapest and rural areas, operated by Vörösvár Kft. It is now even easier for customers to find lower-priced products, as items that are cheaper than during the same period last year are marked with a GREEN label on store shelves.
“Beyond quality, two things matter most to our customers: good prices and consistency. With this initiative, we commit to a long-term, multi-month price reduction. We continuously offer essential and popular products at prices lower than last year’s! With this price reduction, shoppers can save up to 8-10% on an average big shopping trip.”
– said Péter Breier, co-owner of Vörösvár Kft.
The company has implemented significant price cuts on more than 300 products across multiple categories:
✅ Dairy products up to 30% cheaper
✅ Eggs up to 25% cheaper
✅ Flour and dry goods up to 20% cheaper than last year.
The company has also shared the details of the promotion on its official Facebook page, where customers can stay informed about the latest discounted products. The GREEN labels help guide shoppers through the shelves, highlighting which products cost less than they did during the same period last year.
