The KSH has published the foreign trade figures on cattle
According to the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), Hungary’s exports of cattle increased by 11 percent in January-October 2016, compared with January-October of 2015.
The main partners were Turkey, Austria and Russia. Most of the cattle were shipped to Turkey, where exports more than doubled.
The volume shipped to Russia was dropped by 13 percent, while into Austria 5 percent more cattle was exported. Hungary’s living cattle import decreased by 7 percent in January-October 2016, compared to the first ten months of 2015. ( by our colleague)
