China do not need the U.S. chicken leg
Beijing introduces anti-dumping duty on imports of chicken meat from the United States, from the 13th of February. According to the Chinese position; the United States filled China with chicken leg and wing, for many years.
The Association of Chinese Poultry Farmers objected the fact, that American companies are selling those chicken parts in China, that the Americans do not need.
The chicken legs and wings are delicatessen in China and selling it on a much higher price, it is a large export business for the U.S. companies. Now, however – depending on the company – plus 40-80 percent burden will afflict the exporters. With this, China will make the U.S. poultry imports virtually impossible – reports Világgazdaság Online, after BBC News.
