No hurry to introduce card payment
Online checkout providers, such as shops, restaurants, do not have electronic payment options. This will be mandatory for all of them from 2021 onwards. Most of the 60,000 service providers involved have left the transition to an end – blokkk.com wrote
One effect the pandemic in the world of services is that more and more people pay with some kind of electronic means, as it is much safer than counting cash. The only downside is that the number of acceptance places barely increased in the third quarter. Thus, those obliged in the changeover waited and postponed the introduction to the last quarter, so customers paid more with a card where it was possible to do so in the past.
