The Hungarian Restaurant Guide 2008 was published, which uses the scoring system of the two leading international publications, Michelin Red Guide and GaultMillau to evaluate 150 Hungarian restaurants. Csalogány 26 was found to be the best restaurant in Hungary. – I don’t think that finishing in first place is the most important thing for us – says Balázs Pethő, owner and chef of Csalogány 26. – We are more interested in our score, which reveals how well we are doing by international comparison.
