Lajos Jakab has been importing these machines for 12 years and he supplies several schools with the equipment needed for teaching. He is of the opinion that in a large part of restaurants the kitchen is not well-equipped; it is the profession’s task to educate young people about modern machinery and teach them to be more demanding in this field.
