The Czechs do not trust the Polish food controls
According to the Czech Minister of Agriculture, Prague continues to consider it necessary to strictly control Polish beef, because they do not trust the Polish food control system.
In his Thursday announcement of Miroslav Toman, Czech Minister of Agriculture said that colleague Prague did not want a trade war with Warsaw, but wanted to protect the health of the Czech population.
The Czechs took the measure after finding 700 kilograms of salmonella-infected Polish beef in a warehouse in Prague. (MTI, Kokes János)
